Life isn't always easy. Sometimes you feel at the mercy of painful emotions and ruminative thinking. You sense that you're meant to feel more ease and contentment in your life. Relationships are important to you; you crave feeling understood and accepted for who you are, but conflict and miscommunication can leave you feeling alone and distressed.
As a registered clinical counsellor, I help people find inner calm and clarity, tame unwieldy emotions and thoughts, and improve relationship harmony and communication. I pull from different evidence-based approaches to co-create a unique approach with each client depending on your goals and where you're getting stuck.
To be human is to be in a constant state of change and growth toward mastering the art of living, and we all need attuned support along the way.
