I aim to build a collaborative, reparative relationship and have a non-directive style. You can expect careful listening, emotional attunement and willingness to authentically engage with you. I enjoy bringing in new ideas from ongoing training in both evidence-based and emerging practices and will integrate a variety of approaches, however I typically do not provide highly structured treatment. We will mutually agree upon goals for our time together, and they may shift as therapy progresses.
I have experience and training in working with people who would like to improve their relationship with themselves and others, have had adverse childhood experiences, have been given the diagnosis of PTSD and/or self identify as having experienced trauma.
