Being a human comes with all kinds of challenges; whether you've struggled with your relationship to food and your body, substance use, or disconnection from your day to day. Feeling overwhelmed, down on yourself, and isolated, can impact every aspect of our lives from our relationships, to our work, and to our physical health. Sometimes our struggles get bigger than us and feel too daunting to tackle on our own. Reaching for help can allow you to feel empowered and at ease within your life.
I love working with clients towards embodiment, healthier self care practices, personal insight and understanding, and emotional intelligence. I work primarily through an emotion focused and somatic experiencing lens, allowing clients to understand the patterns within their behaviours, emotions, and bodies, and move towards greater wellness.
I believe that all people have potential and deserve the opportunity to live out of the fullness of their being. It is so challenging to feel alone in our struggles and to suffer in silence. In reaching for help, my hope is that you leave our sessions feeling seen, heard, and supported. Feel free to reach out for a free 15 minute phone consultation.
