Groups
Shame Resilience
Based on the work of Brené Brown and on principles of Emotion Focused Therapy this groups enables participants to learn about shame and its connection to trauma. The group then guides participants through the process of learning shame resilience skills and learning to live from an authentic place in which they can embrace themselves for their strengths and their struggles in order to live with a sense of worthiness that stems from believing "I am enough".
