A safe space to land, come as you are and feel heard. My name is Anna and I am a trauma informed Clinical Therapist/ Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about helping clients heal their trauma through self compassion, self discovery, safe connection and mindfulness. I am client centered and believe that each person is the expert of their own life. My clinical work experience has been predominantly with trauma survivors, CPTSD, attachment wounds, couples navigating relationship challenges, family conflict and dynamics, children & youth, self esteem development and working in Indigenous communities.
My areas of specialty includes many areas of trauma, grief, ptsd, personal development, family counselling and couples counselling. I have ongoing evidence based training in a variety of therapies including Polyvagal therapy, IFS therapy, somatic psychotherapy, ACT and MBSR . I am also certified in trauma informed yoga, outdoor therapy and reiki.
I integrate a mind body spirit approach in seeing the individual as a whole rather then treating isolated symptoms. Our mind, body and spirit connection often holds the essential key to long term healing.
