My name is Anna, and I am a trauma-certified and registered Clinical Therapist/Clinical Social Worker. I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families in their healing journeys through a holistic and eclectic approach.
I work from a client-centered, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens, meeting each person with deep compassion and curiosity. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and experience; however, as humans, we can sometimes get stuck and may need a little extra support, accountability, and encouragement along the way to recalibrate, heal, and move toward growth and empowerment.
My areas of specialty include trauma, attachment, relationships, family counselling, and couples counselling. I engage in ongoing, evidence-based training across a variety of therapeutic modalities, including the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems,Somatic Psychotherapy,Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
I am also certified in trauma-informed yoga and nervous system–based energy work, somatically supporting clients in reconnecting with their bodies and fostering deeper healing.
