Anxiety? Been there. Depression...been there too. Big decisions, divorce, relationship ambivalence (staying or going), lostness...all roads I've traveled along and now I'm here - with the academic and professional training - to support you through your own growth. Our inner lives can feel complex and confusing - getting support makes sense! With support you can begin to relax into a more integrated nervous system when facing life's challenges which ultimately allows you to feel "MORE like you". Healing is integration as opposed to feeling pulled into emotion, reaction, and over identification with criticism and others opinions.

I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based approach with over 30 years of research. IFS doesn’t see any part of you as “bad”—instead, it helps you understand what each part needs and how it’s trying to help. By connecting with yourself in this way, you can become your own healer with resources and community at the ready!

Above, I shared a little about my journey above with the intention to help bridge any doubts you may have about whether therapy can help (it can!). If you've lived inside your head for a long time, I know it can feel hard to imagine other modes... but together let's find them! My heart, mind, and training is ready to walk alongside you.
