My therapeutic approach is more than just clinical—it's warm, compassionate, and genuine. Rooted in evidence-based practice, my collaborative spirit ensures you're an active participant in your journey toward healing and personal growth. I provide evidence-based assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma-related concerns, among others. I support individuals who often experience symptoms of PTSD, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, illness/health anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, OCD, specific phobias, and other stress-related concerns. Please visit www.annapark. ca for more information.
I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT for PTSD). Depending on your concerns and preferences, I flexibly integrate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness skills. I have provided CBT, DBT, and CPT across clinics in BC and Ontario.
If you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, or stress, I understand how isolating it can feel. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and rooted in compassion. Together, we can explore your challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward lasting change. I’m here to support you on your path to healing and personal growth.
