My therapeutic approach is relational and experiential, meaning the client-therapist relationship is vital to the therapeutic process, and in sessions we seek to experience feelings rather than analyze them. We work towards processing experiences and feelings in a way that feels natural, and that leads to lasting transformation and real change.
