Anna Gold is Director of Southern Ontario Counselling Centre and Co-Director of Replenish Relationships. Anna is a seasoned and compassionate therapist who understands that the fit between client and therapist is of paramount importance. Southern Ontario Counselling Centre is home to a small wise practice group who share a vast variety of modalities & skill through which to support individuals, couples, children and families to navigate life's challenges.
Anna herself, as a certified IMAGO therapist, and with over 35 years of experience, is passionate about helping couples. Entrenched in mindfulness practices, and skilled in couples' counselling, Anna offers a safe place to develop communication skills, and deepen connection. Healing as a couple is a powerful and profoundly rewarding experience.

Getting the Love You Want is offered over a weekend or a 4-6 day retreat depending on location. Our website offers more details about these transformative experiences. While not traditional couples therapy or a therapy group, it is an experiential & educational opportunity to learn deeply about your relationship and transform it to one that is healthy, happy, romantic and connected. Whether you are 6 months or 50 years together, we welcome you to leanr how to create the relationship of your dreams.
