I am a Reg. Psych. with wide experience in many clinical contexts. I work with an eclectic mix of modalities including ACT, EFT, IFS, focusing, nature-based therapy, somatic, transpersonal and mindfulness-based approaches. I teach the classic 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as a group therapy offering. See my website for further details.

Learn mindfulness with the established and respected MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) 8-Week program. Next course: 14th Sep - 9th Nov 2026. Time: 5.30- 8pm Monday evening. Total price for 8 week course = 995 CAD for 24 hours (sliding scale available). Insurance companies can be billed for this as it is a group therapeutic service.
