Life is difficult and not always fair. People find the power through proper counseling/therapy but they cannot do it alone. I will help you navigate through these challenges and find a positive outcome using my experience and expertise. I have 30 years of experience specializing in marriage, remarriage, relationship, couples counseling and divorce recovery. I also have extensive training and experience in the self esteem, anxiety and depression areas. My purpose is to give my clients the tools they need in order to help them rebuild or reconfigure their lives and relationships.
My main focus is to get clients "back on track" living rich fulfilling lives as soon as possible. Through a variety of methods including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, personality assessments, and motivational coaching this goal can be achieved as clients are healed as quickly and as effectively as possible.
In addition to my 30 years of counseling experience I am a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). I have worked in a variety of settings including schools, private business and seminar training. During the sessions, clients will enjoy the counseling experience in a private, country setting.
