I am a registered social worker and a senior practitioner in Mind-Body Attunement Therapy. This therapy based in brain science uses the understanding that trauma is stored in the nervous system. Interventions access deeply held emotions and facilitate a gentle discharge of that stored energy.
I have provided support and guidance to children, youth and families for over 25 years in both Calgary and Vernon. My office is centrally located, is private and cozy with parking available.
