Come talk to me, together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and heal. I offer a variety of client centered tools and strategies to help my clients find the best recovery strategy. I have experience with sexual addiction , mixed orientation and polyamorous relationships and supporting individuals and families from vulnerable populations .
As an Addiction and Community Services Worker, a member of CTAA, and a S.M.A.R.T. recovery facilitator; with certifications in Couples counselling and Grief and Bereavement. My practice focuses on relationship issues in all its forms, grief and loss, family issues and self -esteem issues. I am a LGBTQ+ ally and offer a safe space.
My life experiences have equipped me with valuable lessons to help couples with their relationships, especially in regards to mixed orientation. Due to the limit of my qualifications I can not support individuals suffering from a serious disorder of thought, cognition, mood, emotional regulation, perception, or memory.
