About
Interested in Feminist Therapy? Hi, I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor settled on Lekwungen Territory and I can offer support with trauma recovery (diagnosed or undiagnosed PTSD and cPTSD), anxiety, cancer, self-esteem, LGBTQ2S+ experiences, depression, grief, and more. I can help you process emotions, move forward from past experiences, learn new ways to cope, and widen your perspective. If you want to feel better and live more authentically, we might be a good team!
I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology from UVic with specialized training in trauma recovery. Feminist Therapy allows you to try different evidence-based methods and learn what fits for you so you can learn how to advocate for your needs in a safe and supportive environment. My practice centres around feedback and consent.
I often hear that reaching out for a consultation is the hardest part of therapy. Head over to my website to book a free consultation so I can tell you about myself and how I work. There's more info about me and my clinic up there too!
