Hi there, I’m Anita, and I'm happy to share that I have space for new clients, with openings weekdays, evenings, and (by request) weekends. Over the years I have been honoured to walk alongside folks of many ages and identities, supporting them as they move through the ups and downs that make us all so very human. Whether you're moving through grief and loss, life transitions, new mamahood, addictions and recovery, anxiety, depression, or something else, I will always listen deeply, offer control and choice, and see the good. I believe in the healing strength of authentic conversation rooted in compassionate human connection.

In session I tend to pull from a number of different approaches to meet each person's unique needs. This means we might work with aspects of self-compassion and mindfulness therapy, CBT, DBT, MI, or bits of poetry, metaphor, and nature-based work. I also have experience taking sessions outside, which I am happy to incorporate if this feels right for you.

Ultimately, I see the good in people. I see their potential and their longing to feel fulfilled and happy, and I believe that together we can grow that good. Please reach out for a free initial consultation.
