We will learn effective coping skills, identify patterns, systems think, and build on your strengths. Three meaningful words for me: curiosity, accountability & relationship (to self and others).I work with individuals (13+), couples. and families. I also offer couple and family intensives (4+ hours). I am Trauma Informed/Trained.
I have experience working with relationships, grief, life transitions, shame, trauma, relational patterns, infidelity, human trafficking, burnout, and women’s health. I adapt various evidence-based approaches and I believe in the power of humour. :). I am Gottman and IFS (level 1) trained, Sex Therapy, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and ART Certified.
