8-Week Mindfulness Training Program (MBCT)
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence-based program proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression (lowering relapse risk by ~50%), while enhancing focus, mood, sleep, immunity, and relationships. It integrates mindfulness meditation with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) tools to help you develop greater self-awareness, slow down, disengage from auto pilot, respond rather than react, and cultivate calm, clarity, gratitude, and presence. You’ll also learn to soften self-criticism and foster compassion toward yourself, creating lasting emotional resilience and a more balanced, mindful way of living. This program is a sister program of MBSR.
