Are you a people pleaser that needs to be needed? Do you wish that your communication and conflict resolution skills could be better? Childhood relationships with family members, particularly parents, shape the way we develop communication skills and interact with conflict. Maladaptive patterns are an attempt at self-regulation and keep individuals, couples, families and groups from having healthy personal and professional relationships. Do you wish to lovingly find solutions to your inner and interpersonal conflicts? I can help by leveraging your strengths to reveal a path forward.
I believe in peace, parity and hope for the future. I offer conflict coaching, strengths-based, solution focused counselling to individuals and couples and mediation using the understanding based model to couples, families and groups. I specialize in mediating elder and estate disputes, family conflicts, landlord-tenant issues and workplace disputes.
I use a trauma informed lens and recognize various socio-economic barriers limiting your ability to access counselling and/or conflict resolution services. I offer flexible sessions outside conventional business hours, sliding scale fees and all sessions are billed as counselling so you may be able to claim your session through extended health benefits/NIHB
