You may have found that pushing worries away only works for a short time. You feel like your life has been impacted by anxiety, OCD, or trauma. Anxiety doesn't have to be something you just get used to dealing with. Let's work together to kick anxiety out of the driver's seat.
My approach is gentle, collaborative and relationship focused. I aim to help you feel heard, understood, and hopeful about accomplishing your goals. Together, we may work on uncovering what's underneath anxiety and panic, how to take the power away from intrusive thoughts and worries, or perhaps learn tools to better manage doubt and uncertainty.
Over time, the skills you learn in therapy can help you reduce distressing thoughts and uncomfortable feelings.
