In our sessions, we will explore the difficult experiences from the past and learn about their effects on day-to-day life. Through this process, many clients come to see themselves and their relationships in a new light, which makes all the difference.
My clients are generally individuals with anxiety issues arising from trauma, stressful life events, and difficult relationships. I also work with many couples; helping them move toward emotional connection and a deeper understanding of their own needs and those of their partner.
