I provide trauma and attachment focused psychotherapy, consultation, and training for individuals and professionals. In my clinical practice, I work with individuals (18+) who are experiencing difficulties related to their past and/or recent traumatic experiences. These experiences can include: attachment trauma (childhood abuse, relationship trauma), PTSD, C-PTSD, medical trauma, and individuals living with Borderline Personality Disorder. I work extensively with First Responders who often seek my services to engage in early mental health interventions, manage Operational Stress Injury/PTSD, and/or moral injury/sanctuary trauma.

I work from an EMDR therapy and attachment focused perspectives which often includes other evidence-based therapies such as: Deep Brain Reorienting, Cognitive Therapies, and Ego-State therapy. I specialize in providing intensive trauma treatment. See my website for more details.

I employ a straightforward and compassionate approach when working with clients. I work collaboratively with individuals to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to their therapeutic goals. Individuals can expect to gain insight into the factors that have contributed to their difficulties and learn the skills necessary to improve their quality of life.

Individual clinical consultation may be beneficial if you are feeling stuck in particular modalities, wanting to increase clinical skill set in different approaches, curious about gaining new perspectives, and/or struggling with particular cases. I am able to provide specialized clinical consultation based on your clinical need. Trainings and workshops are available to organizations to support with increasing staff competencies in different evidenced based practices and/or increasing staff competencies working with different populations. I also offer group and/or individual clinical supervision for staff.
