I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults. Together we have worked on various concerns including, but not limited to, depression and anxiety disorders, addiction concerns, grief including loss of health, employment, death or injury of a loved one and relationship issues. In my practice, I offer professional and confidential services that encourages people to realize their strengths and expertise in their own lives. Everyone has a different “right” way of doing things, so I take the role of the facilitator to help people gain greater insight into their concerns.
During therapy, there is an exploration of effective evidence-based tools to determine what works best for each individual. Once people have developed their own personal “toolbox” they are well on their way to reach their therapeutic goals. In addition to therapy, I have training and experience in providing various types of assessments.
"You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them". Maya Angelou
