My professional experience includes supporting adolescents, adults, and seniors through individual and couples therapy. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected, and much more. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where your experiences are heard and strengths recognized. Together, we explore patterns, build coping tools, strengthen confidence, and support meaningful growth. I also offer a FREE 15-minute consultation. Accepting new clients!

Some approaches that I draw from include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Self-Compassion. I aim to practice utilizing an intersectional, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, anti-colonial, and strengths-based approach.

I strongly believe that every person is resilient and deserving of wellness. As your therapist, I hope to create a safe and compassionate space where you can process your thoughts and express your feelings. We will work together to highlight your strengths and combat negative self-talk to promote healing and growth.
