Serving children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers, I am a doctoral intern at Harris Psychology in Kitchener, Ontario, completing the final year of my PhD in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology at the University of Guelph under the supervision of Dr. Cathryn Harris, C.Psych. I accept insurance. I provide psychotherapy for anxiety, emotion regulation difficulties, depression, behavioural challenges, attention and executive functioning challenges, family difficulties, social difficulties, and trauma through individual therapy, family therapy, and parent coaching. Reduced-fee sliding scale options are available.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each child and family’s needs. Using evidence-based therapy, I help young people understand emotions, build coping skills and confidence, and strengthen relationships. I also support caregivers in responding effectively to challenging behaviours while fostering emotional safety and connection.
