Overcoming Anger & Addictions
his is a 9 week, virtual-based outpatient program for overcoming anger and addictions for adults 18+. This program combines psychotherapy and psychoeducation and is facilitated by our multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals. Participants will meet weekly for 2 hours in a group setting, which will provide the space for clients to interact, learn, and recover. Participants will also have the opportunity to implement practical skills to proactively plan a successful future.

Intensive Outpatient Addictions Recovery
We offer an 8-week outpatient, virtual-based addiction recovery program. This program consists of weekly psychotherapy, addictions counselling, group sessions with fellow participants, and regular check-ins. During the program, you will be provided with psychotherapy and psychoeducation at the individual and social levels during your journey towards recovery. Participants will be connected to community resources as part of the intake process in order to provide comprehensive, holistic support.
