If you are going through a life transition ; such as living abroad, becoming a mother, or losing a loved one , you may feel overwhelmed or disconnected. Sometimes it shows up as anxiety, low mood, irritability, or a sense of being stuck, even when everything looks “fine” on the outside. I work with adults and youth (15+) who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, and identity changes. This can include experiences such as migration, motherhood, grief, or major shifts in life, relationships or roles.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from integrative, evidence-based, and trauma-informed therapies to support concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Having experienced migration and motherhood myself, I understand how deeply life transitions can impact your sense of identity.
