My clients are typically adults struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing tendencies, body image issues, and disordered eating. My approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, inner child healing, and trauma-informed practices. We will reconnect you with yourself, and foster self-acceptance, self-compassion, and empowerment.
