I integrate elements from a variety of therapeutic interventions and theoretical perspectives including cognitive behavioural therapy; dialectical behavioural therapy; narrative therapy; cognitive processing therapy; emotionally focussed therapy; hypnotherapy; ego state therapy; motivational interviewing; stress-vulnerability; and mindfulness/relaxation.
