About
I specialize in holistic & soul-centered approaches to healing trauma and life issues in women and children. I focus on empowering women and children to understand their past and remember who they really are. I engage children in play therapy to help them make sense of their world. My mission is to inspire women to mindfully and positively care for their body, mind, spirit, relationships, and the earth with loving kindness. Body-centered and intuitive approaches will help you access your inner wisdom and live a happier, more authentic life. I believe in healing at the level of the soul, a return to a wholeness of heart.
I have a Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology focused on holistic approaches to health and well-being. I use a unique blend of bio-psycho-spiritual approaches to counselling to heal past hurts (EMDR, Narrative, Play Therapy, CBT), reclaim your life (Feminist approaches, Hakomi, Core Shamanism, Nutrition), and live a life of wholeness and integrity.
I am an intuitive, soul-centered feminist & social justice advocate who seeks to empower women to live authentically. I also have a bad-ass social justice side to be an advocate for the best interests of children. Are you ready to reclaim your authentic life? Together we can transform your life into something you honour and love!
