Humans tend to function from certain perceptions of the world based on blueprints we've been conditioned by. There is no right or wrong in the life we chose for ourselves, but inherited belief systems and strategies may've kept us feeling connected-enough at earlier times in our lives. I work with people who want to shake out the shame so that they can find more freedom in all aspects of life. I feel fortunate to be working with people in a meaningful way and love to open myself to the hope & resilience of the human spirit. Inner work can help us feel more clear in purpose and even more empowered in sex, love and relationships.
When we bring less conscious perceptions to light, we get a chance to heal because we can identify our true values, needs and deeper desires. Discovering new areas of choice means creating new neuropathways in our brains. I love being a fellow traveller alongside those who are leaving behind old, unhelpful blueprints to explore new possibilities.
Most people benefit from a supportive space to share, deepen and grow. I welcome people of all identities, backgrounds and life experiences. I believe that as we attend more consciously to our inner life, we begin to embody a more authentic self in our daily lives. Regardless of what brings you in, I’m committed to helping you understand yourself more fully.

We will draw from a breadth of knowledge to guide you in mapping your own inner landscape and buffer against compassion fatigue and burn-out. Each therapist will have the opportunity to bring client examples for discussion and to gain support for themselves as clinicians. Cost: $450 for 3 90 min sessions. $150 drop-in. Next session will be in March 2023.
