Hi, I'm Angela. People often describe me as warm, approachable, and grounded. Many clients share that things were “pretty good” growing up—yet over time, they notice subtler parts of their experience—moments that went unacknowledged or joys that went unclaimed, quiet longings, and aspects of themselves that were muted to maintain connection. Before becoming a therapist, I taught yoga and worked in service, experiences that shaped my respect for dedication, presence and embodiment. I'm passionate about psychotherapy. I’ve seen how skilled support can help you feel more connected to your body, emotions, and sense of self.
I help clients develop mindful awareness and a deeper connection to themselves and others in everyday life and relationships. My work includes legal psilocybin journeys, sex therapy, exploring intimacy, pleasure, and connection in self-discovery and healing. It’s deeply meaningful for me to witness people come into greater self-understanding and wholeness.
