Permanent recovery stems from learning to be who you needed to be when you were younger. As a holistic therapist, I help you understand the emotional experiences you're having to make sense of where they originated. We'll work together to identify the parts of yourself that need attention. Embracing all aspects of you, we'll learn that there are no bad parts, only parts that require your care and focus. When we identify the people-pleasing, chaotic, perfectionist, critical, and self-destructive parts, we can learn to be in a relationship with them. This allows us to access the adult part of ourselves to live with peace and ease.

This immersive journey involved intensive study and application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation, Spirituality, and Trauma-Informed practices. My role is to help you navigate your own challenges, provide advocacy wherever possible, and empower you for change. To help others see themselves and I do.

As a clinician, my purpose transcends traditional therapy. I am dedicated to guiding individuals through the healing process, empowering them to shape the life they desire, and facilitating the rebalancing of their body's nervous system. I do this by focusing on the nuanced aspects of each individual. I have a supervised clinic for a reduced rate!
