I am a registered psychotherapist with 15 years of clinical counselling experience. My first concern is to listen and try to understand what you are experiencing, I do this with questions and by reflecting back to you what I hear you saying. As our professional relationship develops I will ask you harder questions and challenge you to think more critically.
Human relationship is the only way to become fully actualized. I became a counsellor because I wanted to understand myself and become a healthier human and I think that my personhood is the strongest tool I bring to counselling.
