I am an Individual, Couple and Family Therapist, Clinical Supervisor and Owner of Insight and Wellness Therapy Centre. As a relational therapist, I support the relationship. I help people to develop healthier patterns, understand and reconnect with one another and themselves.
I earned my Master's of Science Degree in Couple and Family Therapy at the University of Guelph. I am a registered psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I often attend workshops to further develop my skills.
