I am an Individual, Couple and Family Therapist, Clinical Supervisor and Owner of Insight and Wellness Therapy Centre. I apply a caring, collaborative and empathic approach, while striving to build a therapeutic relationship based upon genuine presence, understanding and trust. I am amazed and moved by human resiliency, believing that every person is deserving and capable of living a life of purpose and meaning. I believe that healthy, loving relationships with self and others, is fundamental to living a joyous life.
I use specific approaches or a combination of approaches depending on your needs and goals for therapy. I provide individual and relational (couples and families) support. As a relational therapist, I support the relationship. I help people to develop healthier patterns, understand and reconnect with one another and themselves.
I earned my Master's of Science Degree in Couple and Family Therapy at the University of Guelph. I am a registered psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I often attend workshops to further develop my skills.
