Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. As a registered clinical counsellor, my practice focuses on supporting individuals and couples moving toward deeper authenticity and connection within themselves and their relationships.

Sessions integrate experiential, inviting present reflection and processing, with practical skills and psychoeducation you can carry into daily life.
