I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, parenting concerns, and emotional overwhelm. I also enjoy working with individuals who are seeking personal growth, greater self-understanding, or support in creating meaningful change in their lives.
I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I place significant importance on creating a safe, collaborative, and authentic therapeutic relationship. My approach is flexible and individualized, always drawing from evidence-based approaches.
In addition to my own clinical work, I lead a team of skilled therapists and I am passionate about building a practice that values both clinical excellence and practitioner individuality. Our team brings different backgrounds, approaches, and strengths, recognizing that meaningful therapy often begins with finding the right fit.
