This is active, focused work aimed at helping you move forward—not just talk things through.

My work integrates Narrative Therapy with Relational Confrontation Therapy (RCT), balancing genuine support with thoughtful challenge. I won’t just listen and validate - I help you notice what may be getting in your way and support you in doing something different. Clients often describe this as more direct, honest, and effective than past therapy.

I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck despite effort, including men seeking greater self-understanding and partners caught in repeating conflict cycles. This approach isn’t for everyone.
