Counselling/therapy with me uses findings from psychology, executive coaching, neuroscience, and theology to provide an approach that's tailored to your unique style and needs. A non-judgemental, understanding, helpful counsellor/therapist, like myself, can help you experience change that lasts.
Science has taught us much about how the brain changes. However, applying this knowledge can be tricky. A good counsellor/therapist, like myself, helps by understanding what is going on below the surface, and can be a trusted guide in how to bring healing or resolution to that area.
