My personal experiences growing up in a diverse community have given me a deep understanding of the importance of providing quality mental health care to everyone.

Through a combination of exploration, goal-setting, and use of therapies I will work with you to achieve your mental health goals and improve your overall mental health. I believe that therapy should be accessible to all, affordable and inclusive.
With a strong background in working with high schools, faith-based organizations, shelters, clinics, and private practices, I have developed a compassionate and patient approach to therapy.
