I enjoy working with clients from many different backgrounds. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families who are struggling and are looking to invest in their own future and those of their loved ones. I have worked in private practice as well as in a hospital setting and am very comfortable with the wide range of mental illness and relationship issues and welcome any clients struggling with mild mental health or relationship issues up to severe cases in each area. I only ask that clients want to move forward.
I have specialized training that helps clients see their own potential and make a change in overcoming relationship issues, trauma and PTSD, Mood Disorders, addictions, emotional difficulties, psychiatric and neurological issues, as well as spirituality. If you want to move forward, I can help.
My practice and approach is build upon the foundational belief that anyone can change. I am passionate about my clients, and work hard with them toward their goals. I also believe in affordable care and adjust fees based on income. I am available worldwide via secure videoconference.

Adult Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
DBT has been shown to be effective for many struggles people face, but in particular, is highly effective for people struggling with the following: Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Chaotic relationships, Emotional storms, Drug or Alcohol misuse, Anger management difficulties, and other challenges. Originally developed by Dr. Linehan, DBT has been successfully used to help clients move from being stuck in unregulated mood and thoughts forward into a life worth living. Unlike some programs, clients do not have to have an official diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder to be able to participate. More info: www.alongsideyou.ca/group-therapy/
