Seeking support can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make the process as comfortable and welcoming as possible. I provide a space where you can speak openly, and explore what’s happening in your life without pressure or judgement. You deserve a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and validated. My intention is to help you take meaningful steps towards lasting change. I am here to support you on this journey with compassion and practical support.
I draw from cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic approaches. What this means is we look at what you’re feeling now, what you want to work toward, and what might be sitting underneath the surface. I bring in tools and strategies when helpful, and also make space for honest conversation and reflection.
Clients often describe my style as calm, grounded and easy to talk to. I aim to keep therapy clear and approachable so you feel supported rather than overwhelmed. I have worked with many people, including LGBTQ2+ clients, and value an inclusive and affirming space. I work with you to understand what matters most and what support feels right for you.
