I am a clinical counsellor and therapist in Vancouver, BC. I see many kinds of people with concerns ranging from anxiety and depression, to stress, trauma, and loss, to relationships and personal growth. I hold an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from UBC. My values-centered approach integrates psychodynamic, existential, and analytic schools of thought.
