I work especially with women navigating childhood, relational, or sexual trauma, attachment wounds, immigration, motherhood, perimenopause, grief, and other identity-shaping life transitions.
Many of my clients have spent years surviving.
Together, we create space to understand those survival patterns with compassion and gently reconnect with the parts of themselves they've had to leave behind.
My approach brings together trauma and attachment therapies, including EMDR, IFS and somatic work. Growing up in the Brazilian Amazon shaped my belief that healing needs more than insight: it needs safety, connection, and space to slow down and listen inward. Together, we tend to what has been carried for too long and help you find your way home to yourself.
