Andree Hurl
Counsellor, RPC, MPCC
During COVID-19 ensuring both you and I remain safe by social distancing, I am offering continued support through Telehealth online sessions. I know these times can be challenging but they can also be an opportunity for us to pause in life, to ask what is currently working for us, and what is not. Being able to fulfill ourselves and find balance in both our personal and professional lives sometimes requires a new perspective. The question is, are the choices we make in all areas of our life bringing us closer to what we want, or drawing us further away? It is my job to help you uncover the answers to this question.
Within my practise I take a holistic approach, focusing on all aspects of your wellbeing; tapping into your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs helping you identify and understand feelings that you may be experiencing. Working together, we will cultivate new tools that you can then put into practise, creating the change you hoped you might see.
Reaching out and asking for help, especially to someone you don't know is never easy, surprisingly it can be rewarding. Being able to hold a space with compassionate detachment and without judgment ensures you can speak freely allowing you to relax into asking for what you need. By offering a free consult you can explore whether counselling is for you.
