Hi, I'm Andrea. I'm a social worker certified in perinatal mental health and birth and reproductive trauma. An EFT couples therapist and an EMDR trauma therapist. I know first hand how becoming a parent changes you. For some, experiences of grief, loss or trauma shape our early parenting journey. My lived experience of relationship challenges, mental health, postpartum mood disorders, trauma, grief, parenting challenges and existential questioning bring me to this work and allow me to deeply empathize with my clients.
In my work with individuals, couples and families I take a holistic approach to understanding how mental, emotional, physical, social, spiritual and environmental factors impact each person/relationship.
