In 2015, I started Blank Canvas Therapy as a private counselling and therapy practice in Toronto. As a therapist, I am committed to working with individuals and groups of people looking to do the therapeutic work that will enhance their quality of emotional well-being. I currently work with adults who have an interest in self-discovery and emotional healing to discover their therapeutic goals and to reflect on current day issues with an aim to facilitate their emotional healing and personal growth.
I have been trained to offer both spiritual and non-spiritual approaches with sessions including a variety of modalities such as: Talk Therapy, Guided Vizualization/Imagery, Hypnotherapy, Energy And Chakra Work, Somatic Inquiry, Experiential Therapy And Sound Healing.
I welcome clients from all walks of life and happily provide a free, initial phone consultation to understand the needs and goals of new clients. This is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have. If, at any time we determine that working together is not a best fit, my practice is to work with you to find a therapist who would be.
