I am an Ottawa-based art therapist who supports adults, elders, and adolescents in a mindful and embodied practice, where creating art becomes the foundation to express and explore throughout your healing journey. No previous art-making experience is required. I will not judge or interpret your artwork, instead we will find meaning together.
I have a particular passion for working with people of diverse gender, sexual, and relationship orientations. I am polyam, kink, and queer affirming. Whoever you are, I aim to make you feel seen, validated, and safe with me.
