Welcome! My name is Andrea (she/her). I support adults who feel weighed down by trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. If you’re carrying emotional pain, feeling stuck in old patterns, or longing for a more self-compassionate relationship with yourself, you don’t have to face it alone. I believe therapy is a space where healing happens through authentic connection, warmth, and non-judgement.
I offer in-person sessions at Paddler’s Cove Professional Centre in downtown Dartmouth, as well as virtual and phone appointments for flexibility and comfort.
My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive. I view mental health as deeply connected to our physical bodies, relationships, life experiences, and the systems we live in. With a background in nursing and counselling, I integrate both physical and emotional health to support healing in a compassionate and inclusive way.
