Welcome! My name is Andrea (she/her). I am a therapist working at Natural Path Wellness, both virtually and in-person in Dartmouth. I work with a variety of individuals, but am drawn to working with folks who wish to address the effects of trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem and relationship challenges. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a space where healing and safety can unfold through authenticity, warmth, and non-judgement. Together, we can work toward fostering deeper self-awareness, self-compassion, and meaningful healing.
My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive. I view mental health as deeply connected to our physical bodies, relationships, life experiences, and the systems we live in. With a background in nursing and counselling, I integrate both physical and emotional health to support healing in a compassionate and inclusive way.
