My approach to counselling lies on the foundation that healing and change happens as you safely move toward yourself in a gentle and curious way. When we learn to be more compassionate and hold our experiences with kindness over judgement, we naturally increase our capacity for making connections, gaining insight, and moving toward what serves us.
