Being listened to, without judgment or agenda, can help us express the parts of us that we keep hidden from others, and sometimes even ourselves. Using evidence-based approaches of mindfulness, self-compassion, ACT, emotionally focused, and person-centered therapies, I can support you to gain more self awareness and cultivate an increased level of self-support. We all want to feel better, we all want someone on our side. I'm here to help.

My approach to counselling lies on the foundation that healing and change happens as you safely move toward yourself in a non-judgmental and curious way. When we learn to be more compassionate and hold our experiences with kindness over judgement, we naturally increase our capacity for making connections and moving toward what serves us.
