I offer a respect-focused approach to therapy through the understanding that my client is the expert about themselves. My goal is to come alongside individuals and provide objectivity and resources to enable them to realize their personal level of excellence in their pursuit of emotional and mental health. Supporting couples is also an important area of focus. I provide effective, research-proven methods to help build healthy partnerships. I begin my work with an assessment that highlights both strengths and improvement areas in the relationship and then work collaboratively to correct identified problem areas.

As a previous foster parent with more than a decade of experience, I am passionate about supporting children, whether they are in or out of care, as well as helping parents who are trying to navigate the often difficult terrain of parenting with effective interventions and strategies.
